Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
Sadaa collects the following information to provide and run the Platform: your name and email address, used for authentication and account access; an internal user ID that identifies your account in our system; your in-app messages and conversations; photos and videos you upload, including profile avatars, creator portfolio samples, and verification documents; customer support and contact form submissions; and other user-generated content such as creator bios and campaign descriptions. We also keep a record of your activity needed to run the Platform, such as campaigns, deals, and ratings.
2. How we use your information
We use your information solely to operate and provide the Platform’s features, including authenticating your account, running the marketplace and collaboration tools, facilitating communication between brands and creators, providing customer support, and preventing fraud and abuse. Your information is not used for advertising or targeted advertising, is not sold to third parties, is not shared with data brokers, and is not linked with data from other apps or websites for tracking purposes.
3. Sharing and third-party services
Profile and campaign information is visible to other users as part of how the marketplace works. Deal terms and conversations are shared between the two parties to a deal. To operate the Platform, we rely on the following third-party services that process data on our behalf: Base44 (backend hosting, database, serverless functions, file storage, and transactional email), Google Sign-In (OAuth authentication), and Sign in with Apple (OAuth authentication). We may also share limited information where required by law.
4. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
5. Cookies and local storage
Sadaa uses local storage to remember your language preference and keep you signed in. We do not use your data for cross-site tracking.
6. Your rights
You can edit or remove profile information from your profile page. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time directly in the app via Profile → Account → Delete Account. Some records, such as completed deal terms, may be retained to keep a verified history of transactions and to meet legal or dispute-resolution obligations.
7. Reporting and blocking
Sadaa provides in-app tools to report and block users within message conversations. You can report a conversation via the ⋯ options menu on the conversation screen and choose a reason; you can also block a user, which prevents further messages between you and that user. Reported conversations are submitted to an admin-only queue and reviewed by the Sadaa team, who may remove content or suspend accounts as appropriate. Report records (the conversation reference, the reason, and any details you provide) are retained while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, and are visible only to admins.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards where needed to fulfill obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.
9. Children’s privacy
Sadaa is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
