1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Sadaa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Sadaa is a marketplace that connects Gulf-based brands with creators for paid content collaborations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sadaa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
4. Roles: Creators and Brands
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their reported stats, portfolio, and pricing. Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their campaign briefs, budgets, and business identity. Each party agrees to negotiate in good faith through the Platform.
5. Deals and payments
Deal terms (price, deliverables, deadline, and usage rights) are agreed between the brand and the creator and recorded on the Platform. Sadaa facilitates the collaboration and keeps a verified record of the agreed terms, but does not process payments unless explicitly stated. Payments are arranged directly between the parties unless a hosted payment option is offered for a specific deal.
6. Usage rights
Unless the parties agree otherwise in the deal terms, content is posted on the creator’s own account for organic use only. Whitelisting, reposting, or paid ad usage must be explicitly agreed and recorded. Creators retain ownership of their content unless a written agreement transfers rights.
7. Ratings and reviews
Both parties may rate each other after a deal is completed. Ratings must be honest and based on the actual collaboration. Sadaa may remove ratings that are abusive, false, or submitted in bad faith.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Sadaa to harass others, submit false or misleading information, circumvent the Platform to avoid fees, scrape data, or violate any applicable law. Taking collaborations off-platform to evade the recorded terms is prohibited. Sadaa maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior, harassment, scams, and objectionable or inappropriate content. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate any account engaged in it, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. You can report a conversation or block a user at any time via the ⋯ options menu on the conversation screen, and our admin team reviews every report and may take action including content removal or account suspension.
9. Disputes
If a dispute arises, either party may flag it on the order page. Sadaa keeps a record of the deal terms, conversation, and deliverables, and may mediate to help reach a fair resolution. Sadaa’s decisions in mediation are aimed at fairness but do not constitute legal judgment.
10. Limitation of liability
Sadaa is a facilitator and is not a party to the agreements made between creators and brands. To the extent permitted by law, Sadaa is not liable for the outcome of a collaboration, the quality of delivered content, or the failure of a party to pay or deliver.
11. Changes to these terms
Sadaa may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
